The Rio City Hall is holding a major mobilization this Saturday (7/12) in Paciência, in the city's West Zone, that will bring together several public services in one place. Coordinated by the Community Action Secretariat, the initiative will offer residents of the region free benefits, such as vaccinations, exemption from fees for second copies of certificates, and social assistance and consumer services for registering complaints, reporting and renegotiating debts. In addition, information on elementary school enrollments for the 2025 school year will be provided.
The event will be held at Praça Padre de Azevedo, on Rua Paçuaré, from 9 am to 15 pm. According to the Secretary of Community Action, Marlí Peçanha, the Program seeks to expand access to essential services and foster social inclusion.
The action promises to mobilize the community, offering a day full of services, guidance and activities that will positively impact the lives of residents.

✅ Department of Social Assistance – Technical support for guidance on access to social assistance programs and benefits.
✅ Citizenship Secretariat | Procon Carioca – Exemption from fees for second copies of certificates and consumer service for registering complaints, reports and renegotiating debts.
✅ Department of Education – Information and guidance on enrollment in daycare centers, Elementary Education I and II and PEJA (Youth and Adult Education).
✅ Health Department – Vaccination, guidance on STIs and arboviruses, and distribution of condoms.
✅ Community Action Secretariat – Presentation of projects that are part of the Favela com Dignidade Program (Turistando com a Comunidade, SEAC em Rede, Recicla Comunidade em Rede, Casa Carioca), in addition to discussion groups on sustainability and distribution of educational materials.
✅ Department of Transportation – Guidance on the parking card for the elderly and people with disabilities, how the Jaé card works.
✅ Special Secretariat for Women’s Policies and Promotion – Braiding and eyebrow workshop, dance class.
✅ Civil Defense – Registration for preventive structural technical inspection.
✅ Conservation Department – Installation of speed bumps, pothole repairs, asphalt repairs.
✅ Comlurb – Tree pruning, cleaning and weeding.
✅ Rio Águas – Cleaning the river near Praça Padre Azevedo.
✅ Rioluz – Public lighting maintenance, wire stripping.
✅ CET-Rio – Educational activities on traffic regulations, distribution of informative materials, implementation of vertical and horizontal signage.
