City Hall promotes joint action with departments and public bodies to assist residents of Camorim, this Saturday

This Saturday (9/11), Rio de Janeiro City Hall will be taking the Favela com Dignidade program to the Parque Carioca Condominium, in the Camorim neighborhood, in the West Zone. The integrated action, coordinated by the Community Action Secretariat, will include the presence of municipal departments and agencies. The service will be available from 9 am to 15 pm, at Estrada dos Bandeirantes, number 7.276.

– Favela com Dignidade promotes social inclusion in vulnerable areas, bringing quality public services, opportunities and improved quality of life closer to residents – highlighted the Secretary of Community Action, Marlí Peçanha.

Over the last four years, Favela com Dignidade has carried out 30 joint community actions in different regions of the city, with more than 46 thousand direct services.

 

Services that will be offered:

Social Assistance Secretariat
Technical support with guidance on accessing social assistance services, programs and benefits, as well as guidance on civil documentation.

Secretariat of Citizenship and Procon Carioca
Exemption from fees for duplicate certificates and customer service for registering complaints, reports, clarifications and requests for debt renegotiation.

Secretary of Education
Guidelines on enrollment in daycare centers, Elementary Education I and II and PEJA.

Health's Secretary
Vaccination, guidance on sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and arboviruses, distribution of male and female condoms and belly painting for pregnant women.

Secretariat for Persons with Disabilities
Guidance on the rights of people with disabilities and dissemination of services provided at Municipal Reference Centers for People with Disabilities.

Community Action Secretariat
Exhibition on guided tours promoted by the Turistando com a Comunidade project, discussion groups and lectures on sustainability, as well as distribution of educational material on recycling and sustainable practices.

Youth Secretariat
Drone and DJ workshops.

Women's Secretariat
Disclosure of services offered by the department.

Department of Transportation
Clarifications about parking cards for the elderly and people with disabilities and about the Jaé card.

Conservation Department
Sidewalk repair.

Comlurb
Tree pruning, cleaning and weeding.

Rioluz
Replacing lamps.

CET-Rio
Educational games about traffic rules and delivery of educational materials.
