CadMóvel Carioca provides 147 services at Penha Circular

Photo: Wanderson Cruz / SMAS The Rio Municipal Department of Social Welfare (SMAS) took the “CadMóvel Carioca – Connecting to Rights” to Penha Circular, in the North Zone, on Tuesday (15/04). 147 people were served at the Marca de Cristo Church. Next week, the CadMóvel will be offered on Thursdays again. On 24/04, it will be the turn of the residents of Ilha do Governador. The event will be held at the Instituto Socioeducacional Reaprender (GEID), at Rua do Romancista 96, starting at 9 am.
The mobile service is carried out weekly in different neighborhoods and offers the population the opportunity to register or update their data in the Single Registry (Cadúnico), the gateway to programs such as Bolsa Família, Carteira do Idoso and Minha Casa Minha Vida, among others. To take advantage of the CadMóvel visit and obtain social benefits, it is important to bring the following documents for the family member: CPF, photo ID and proof of residence or declaration of residence. It is also necessary to have a contact telephone number. Tickets are distributed at 9 am and are limited.
– Our role today is to bring CadÚnico to the city’s territories. Our visit here is precisely to increase the number of people who are socially vulnerable and need the social benefits – said the municipal secretary of Social Welfare, Martha Rocha.
As on previous occasions – in the Faz Quem Quer community in Rocha Miranda, also in the North Zone, and in Cosmos, in the West Zone – the Ministry of Social Security offered services for consulting INSS registration, simulating retirement and issuing Social Security documents. The Ministry is a partner of SMAS in the action, and once again brought technicians to answer questions from the population about the Meu INSS website and app and provide guidance on the types of benefits and their granting rules.
In the three editions, CadMóvel served a total of 461 people. One of them was Zinaide dos Santos, 62 years old, retired and resident of Brás de Pina, who took advantage of CadMóvel's visit to register with the Single Registry with the speed and ease she expected.
