Lagoa-Barra highway will have partial closures for lighting revitalization services

CET-RIO informs that this Friday (09/07) and Saturday (10/07), from 22pm to 6am, the Engenheiro Fernando Mac Dowell Highway (Lagoa-Barra) will be partially closed for public lighting renovation work. To make the procedure possible, it will be necessary to close one lane (left side) of the road, between the Zuzu Angel and Joá tunnels, in the direction of Barra da Tijuca. The closures will be itinerant and in sections shorter than 300 meters.

The diversions will be carried out on the track itself, in the narrow section.

The interventions will involve the participation of traffic operators from CET-Rio, who will work to maintain fluidity, perform roadblocks and guide drivers during the procedures. Specific signage will be installed to guide and alert drivers.
