Avenida Presidente Vargas will have partial closure for walkway dismantling

CET-Rio informs that Avenida Presidente Vargas, in the Center, will be closed, alternately, in both directions, this Tuesday and Wednesday (7 and 8/6), from 22 pm to 5 am, for the dismantling of the access walkway structures for Carnival 2022.

The ban on vehicle traffic will occur as follows:

– Avenida Presidente Vargas, one lane of the side and central lanes, in both directions, in the section between Rua Haroldo de Andrade and Rua do Santana;

CET-Rio traffic agents, Municipal Guard and traffic operators guide drivers on days of operation.
