CET-Rio will begin road closures in Engenho de Dentro starting at 16:30 PM for a Brasileirão match.
CET-Rio will implement a traffic operation this Thursday (July 16th) for the Botafogo vs. Santos match in the Brazilian Championship. The game takes place at 7:30 PM at the Nilton Santos Stadium in Engenho de Dentro. From 4:30 PM onwards, there will be traffic closures in the area. The operation will involve CET-Rio agents, traffic support personnel, operational vehicles, and motorcycles. The personnel will work on road safety, traffic flow, and keeping intersections clear, as well as providing guidance to pedestrians, fans, and drivers. CET-Rio technicians, located at the Operations and Resilience Center (COR-Rio), will monitor all traffic movement via cameras. If necessary, adjustments will be made to the traffic light programming to ensure good road conditions.

From 16:30 am to 23:30 am:

– Dr. Padilha Street, between Arquias Cordeiro Street and Piauí Street.

From 21:23 pm to 30:XNUMX pm:

– Dr. Padilha Street, between Piauí Street and Oficinas Street;

– José dos Reis Street between Oficinas Street and Bento Gonçalves Street;

– Abolition Street, between Afonso Ferreira Street and José dos Reis Street;

– Afonso Ferreira Street, in the direction of José dos Reis Street, between Benício de Abreu Street and Abolição Street.

Access to the Yellow Line, towards Avenida Brasil.

From 16:30 pm to 0:30 am the next day (17/07):

Access to the Yellow Line, in the direction of Avenida Brasil/Fundão, can be done via Rua das Oficinas, from the intersection with Rua José dos Reis, under the Jornalista Armando Nogueira viaduct.

 Access for vehicles belonging to residents living near the stadium will be granted upon presentation of proof of residence.
