CET-Rio will bring forward the closure of lanes along Avenida Atlântica and Avenida Vieira Souto this Sunday (November 16th), starting at 3:30 am, to allow for the Live Run XP race. The sporting event will take place in the leisure area, from 6 am to 10 am, starting at Post 2 (Praça do Lido). The route will follow Avenida Atlântica, Rua Francisco Otaviano and Avenida Vieira Souto until reaching Rua Garcia D'Ávila, where participants will return to the starting point.
Prohibitions
From 3:30 AM to 10:00 AM:
– Avenida Atlântica, the lane next to the beach, between Rua Francisco Otaviano and Rua Prado Junior
– Avenida Vieira Souto, the lane next to the beach, between Rua Francisco Otaviano and Avenida Borges de Medeiros
From 4 AM to 8 AM:
– Rua Francisco Otaviano, two lanes in the direction of traffic, between Avenida Vieira Souto and Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana
Parking ban
From 16pm on Saturday (11/15) until 12pm on Sunday (11/16):
– Rua Francisco Otaviano, along the left side of the road, between Avenida Vieira Souto and Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana
