Rebouças Tunnel
The Rebouças Tunnel will be closed, starting at 10 PM this Tuesday (April 19th), in the direction of Lagoa, for revitalization works. Reopening is scheduled for 5 AM on Wednesday (April 20th). During the closure, vehicle traffic will follow a reversible lane to the left in the direction of the city center, operating towards the South Zone. The other two lanes will operate in the direction of the city center.

Vice-President of the Republic José Alencar Tunnel
The Vice-President of the Republic José Alencar Tunnel will be closed this Tuesday (February 19th), in the direction of Santa Cruz, from 11 PM to 4 AM on Wednesday (February 20th), for maintenance. Vehicles heading towards Santa Cruz will be diverted via Serra da Grota Funda (Avenida Artur Xexéo).
BRT buses heading towards Santa Cruz will use the opposite lane. Buses that normally use the lane heading towards Barra will continue on the common lane used by all vehicles.
Guidance for drivers
Specific signage will be installed to guide and alert drivers. CET-Rio operators will be monitoring traffic conditions and will intervene if necessary. In addition, traffic light timings will be adjusted to improve traffic flow on the detour route and main corridors in the affected areas.
