Elevation of the Flags
The lower deck of the Elevado das Bandeiras will be closed in the direction of São Conrado, from 11 pm this Wednesday (April 6th) to 4:30 am on Thursday (April 07th) for maintenance. The Barra – São Conrado connection will be made via the upper deck of the Elevado das Bandeiras, which will be operating in the direction of São Conrado.

Santa Barbara Tunnel
The Santa Bárbara Tunnel will be closed for maintenance, in the Santo Cristo direction, from 11:30 PM this Wednesday (April 6th) to 4:30 AM on Thursday (April 07th). The tunnel in the Laranjeiras direction will operate normally.

Rebouças Tunnel
The Rebouças Tunnel will be closed, in the direction of Lagoa, from 10 pm this Wednesday (April 6th) to 5 am on Thursday (April 7th), for revitalization work. The tunnels in the opposite direction will operate with one reversible lane (left) in the direction of Lagoa and two traffic lanes in the direction of Centro.

Acoustic Tunnels and Zuzu Angel
The Zuzu Angel and Acústico Rafael Mascarenhas tunnels will be closed, in the direction of São Conrado, from 11 pm this Wednesday (April 6th) to 5 am on Thursday (April 7th), for revitalization work. The main alternative route is Avenida Niemeyer, which will operate normally, with two-way traffic.
Guidance for drivers
Specific signage will be installed to guide and alert drivers. CET-Rio operators will be monitoring traffic conditions and will intervene if necessary. In addition, traffic light timings will be adjusted to improve traffic flow on the detour route and main corridors in the affected areas.
