  • CET-Rio sets up traffic plan for Vasco and Bahia match at São Januário.

CET-Rio will carry out a traffic operation this Wednesday (February 11th) for the Vasco vs. Bahia game at 9:30 PM in São Januário, for the Brazilian Championship. Traffic closures will begin at 3:30 PM. The operation will involve company agents and support staff, operational vehicles, and motorcycles dedicated to traffic guidance. Seven variable message signs will also be used to inform drivers about closure times and alternative routes. The operation aims to promote road safety, traffic flow, and keep intersections clear, as well as to guide drivers, pedestrians, and fans.

CET-Rio technicians at the Operations and Resilience Center (COR-Rio) will monitor all traffic movement through cameras so that, if necessary, adjustments can be made to the traffic light schedule to ensure good conditions.
