CET-Rio sets up traffic operation for the game between Botafogo and Palmeiras, at the Nilton Santos stadium, in Engenho de Dentro

From 17:30 pm onwards, there will be a traffic ban in the region. Art: CET-Rio CET-Rio will carry out a traffic operation on Sunday (17/08), for the game between Botafogo and Palmeiras for the Brazilian Championship, at 20:30 pm, at the Nilton Santos stadium, in Engenho de Dentro. From 17:30 pm, there will be a traffic ban in the region.
The traffic operation will include CET-Rio agents and traffic supporters, operational vehicles and motorcycles who will be committed to promoting road safety, traffic flow, maintaining free intersections, as well as providing guidance to pedestrians, fans and drivers.
CET-Rio technicians, at the Operations and Resilience Center (COR-Rio), will monitor all traffic movement through cameras so that, if necessary, adjustments can be made to the traffic light schedule to ensure good road conditions.

From 18:30 pm to 0:30 am the next day (18/08)
– Workshops Street, between Dr. Padilha Street and Henrique Scheidt Street;
-Goiás Street, between Guilhermina Street and José dos Reis Street;
-Arquias Cordeiro Street, between José dos Reis Street and Dr. Padilha Street;
- Guineza Street, between Bento Gonçalves Street and Goiás Street;
– Dr. Padilha Street, between Piauí Street and Oficinas Street.
From 22pm to 0:30am the next day (18/08)

New access to the Yellow Line, towards Avenida Brasil
From 17:30 pm to 1:30 am the next day (18/08)
Access to the Yellow Line, in the direction of Avenida Brasil/Fundão, can be done via Rua das Oficinas, from the intersection with Rua José dos Reis, under the Jornalista Armando Nogueira viaduct.
SURROUNDING RESIDENTS
Access for vehicles belonging to residents living near the stadium will be granted upon presentation of proof of residence.
