CET-Rio set up a traffic plan for the game at Engenhão - Fabio Motta/Rio City Hall CET-Rio will implement a traffic plan this Tuesday (April 28th), starting at 4 PM, for the match between Botafogo and Independiente Petrolero (BOL), for the Copa Sudamericana. The match will be held at 7 PM, at the Nilton Santos Stadium, in Engenho de Dentro, with traffic restrictions in the surrounding area starting at the beginning of the operation.
The operation will involve CET-Rio agents, traffic support personnel, operational vehicles, and motorcycles. The personnel will work on road safety, traffic flow, keeping intersections clear, and providing guidance to pedestrians, fans, and drivers.
Technicians from CET-Rio, at the Operations and Resilience Center (COR-Rio), will monitor all traffic using cameras. If necessary, adjustments will be made to the traffic light programming to ensure good traffic flow.
