CET-Rio prohibits parking around the Jockey Club for the event until July 19th.
CET-Rio will implement a traffic operation in Gávea for the “Village no Jockey 2026” event at the Jockey Club Brasileiro. Between June 3rd and July 19th, 2026, from midnight on Wednesdays to 11:59 PM on Sundays, parking will be prohibited on Avenida Bartolomeu Mitre, odd-numbered side, between Rua Mário Ribeiro and Praça Santos Dumont, and on Avenida Rodrigo Otávio, around the entrances to the Jockey Club. Drivers should pay attention to the signage and restrictions during the event. Technicians at the Operations and Resilience Center (COR-Rio) will monitor traffic conditions in the area and, if necessary, make adjustments to the traffic light programming to maintain traffic flow.
