Technical tests of Imperatriz Leopoldinense in Ramos will have a special traffic scheme
Published on 11/01/2023 - 08:37 | Updated on 11/01/2023 - 10:40CET-Rio informs that, starting at 16:15 p.m. on the following Sundays, January 29, 5, February 12 and 23, the technical rehearsal of the samba school Imperatriz Leopoldinense will take place on Euclides Faria Street, between 16 de Agosto Street (Largo do Itararé) and Dr. Miguel Vieira Ferreira Street, in Ramos. To facilitate the event, the following roads will be closed from 19:XNUMX p.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.:
– Euclides Faria Street, the section between 23 de Agosto Street and Doutor Miguel Vieira Ferreira Street;
– Itararé Road, lane towards Euclides Faria Street, section between Paranhos Street and 23 de Agosto Street;
– 23 de Agosto Street, section between Diomedes Trota Street and Professor Lacé Street;
– Teixeira Franco Street, section between Professor Lacé Street and Diomedes Trota Street;
– Professor Lacé Street, the section between 23 de Agosto Street and Teixeira Franco Street.
To minimize potential impacts on traffic in the region, the traffic operation will have traffic agents, who will work to maintain fluidity and organize intersections, in addition to guiding pedestrians and drivers.
Still with the aim of ensuring the fluidity of traffic, CET-Rio technicians located at the Rio Operations Center (COR) will monitor the event through cameras and, if necessary, traffic light adjustments will be implemented.
Deviations
Vehicles coming from Estrada do Itararé, heading to Rua Uranos, will follow Rua Paranhos, Rua Antônio Rego and Rua Uranos;
important recommendations
– There will be no parking available for the event. Therefore, it is recommended to use public transport;
– You must respect the instructions of traffic agents and all signage installed in the area.
