CET-Rio will implement a special traffic scheme in the city center and its main access points to enable the "Maratona FM O Dia" event to take place on Saturday (November 8th) at Praça da Apoteose, in the Sambadrome.

The operation will involve agents from CET-Rio (Rio de Janeiro's traffic management company), the Municipal Guard, and traffic support personnel, who will work to maintain traffic flow, manage intersections, guide pedestrians, and implement necessary road closures throughout the event.

Technicians from CET-Rio, working at the Operations and Resilience Center (COR-Rio), will monitor all traffic movement through cameras so that, if necessary, adjustments can be made to the traffic light programming in order to ensure good conditions.
