City Hall closes Vice President José de Alencar Tunnel for maintenance works

The City of Rio, through CET Rio, informs that it will close the Vice Presidente José de Alencar Tunnel, towards Santa Cruz, from 08 pm to 09 am this Tuesday (23/04). The closure aims to enable maintenance and conservation services of the drainage galleries and cleaning of the Tunnel walls.

Vehicles traveling along Av. das Américas towards Santa Cruz must follow Serra da Grota Funda, Estrada Roberto Burle Marx, return ramp towards Santa Cruz, Av. D. João VI, towards Santa Cruz.

 

CET Rio teams will work on both the blockades and the diversion route, guiding road users.
