The Zuzu Angel Tunnel will be closed for maintenance work - Archive/Rio City Hall Santa Barbara Tunnel
The Santa Bárbara Tunnel will be closed for maintenance, in the Santo Cristo direction, from 11:30 pm this Wednesday (January 25st) to 5 am on Thursday (January 26nd). The tunnel in the Laranjeiras direction will operate normally.

Rebouças Tunnel
The Rebouças Tunnel will be closed from 10 PM this Wednesday (January 25th) to 5 AM on Thursday (January 26th), in the direction of Lagoa, for maintenance. During the closure, vehicle traffic will follow a reversible lane to the left in the direction of the city center, operating towards the South Zone. The other two lanes will operate in the direction of the city center.

Acoustic Tunnels and Zuzu Angel
The Zuzu Angel and Acústico Rafael Mascarenhas tunnels will be closed, in the direction of São Conrado, from 11:30 pm this Wednesday (January 25th) to 5 am on Thursday (January 26th), for maintenance work. The main alternative route is Avenida Niemeyer, which will operate normally, with two-way traffic.
Guidance for drivers
Specific signage will be installed to guide and alert drivers. CET-Rio operators will be monitoring traffic conditions and will intervene if necessary. In addition, traffic light timings will be adjusted to improve traffic flow on the detour route and main corridors in the affected areas.
