VICE-PRESIDENT JOSÉ ALENCAR TUNNEL
The Vice President José Alencar Tunnel will be closed on Thursday (31/07), in the direction of Barra da Tijuca, from 23 pm to 4 am the following day (01/08), for maintenance services.
Vehicles in the blocked direction will be diverted via Serra da Grota Funda (Av. Artur Xexéo).
BRT buses heading towards Barra will travel along the opposite gallery lane. Buses originally traveling along the lane towards Santa Cruz will travel along the lane common to all vehicles.

HIGH ENG. FREYSSINET AND RUFINO PIZARRO
The Engº. Freyssinet Elevated Roads (Elevated over Av. Paulo de Frontin) and Rufino Pizarro will be closed during the early hours of Friday (01/08), from 1 am to 5 am, in the direction of the South Zone, for maintenance services.
Drivers can use Avenida Paulo de Frontin and then Túnel Rebouças as an alternative route.
For all scheduled closures: Specific signage will be installed to guide and alert drivers, and CET-Rio operators will monitor traffic conditions and intervene if necessary. Additionally, traffic signal timings will be adjusted to ensure smooth traffic flow on detour routes and main corridors in the region.
Programming may be suspended at any time due to weather conditions or city operational issues.
