Rebouças Tunnel will be closed during the early hours of the morning, towards the South Zone, for lighting services

The galleries of the Rebouças Tunnel, towards the Center, will be closed for maintenance services - Archive/City of Rio CET-Rio informs that, between 28/11 (Sunday) and 02/12 (Thursday), from 23 pm to 5 am, the Rebouças Tunnel, towards the South Zone, will be completely closed for public lighting revitalization services by Rioluz, through the Smart Luz consortium.
To minimize the impacts of the intervention and make a detour viable, vehicles traveling on Rio Comprido towards Lagoa must follow the reversible lane that will be set up in the Rebouças Tunnel in the opposite direction.
The Rufino Pizarro and Engenheiro Freyssinet Elevated Roads will operate normally, with no traffic restrictions.
This program may be suspended at any time due to weather conditions or operational issues in the city. Specific signage will be installed to guide and alert drivers and traffic conditions will be monitored for possible impacts.
