Rebouças Tunnel will be closed for maintenance

During the closure, vehicle traffic will follow a reversible lane to the left in the direction of the South Zone - Disclosure/City Hall

The Rebouças Tunnel will be closed this Friday (November 12th), in the direction of the city center, from 12:50 PM to 5:00 AM on Saturday (November 13th), for maintenance work. The tunnels in the opposite direction will operate with one reversible lane (the left lane) in the direction of the city center and two traffic lanes in the direction of Lagoa.

Specific signage will be installed to guide and alert drivers. CET-Rio operators will monitor traffic conditions and take action if necessary. In addition, traffic light timings will be adjusted to improve fluidity on the detour route and on the main corridors in the region.
