Rebouças Tunnel will be closed for maintenance work

The galleries of the Rebouças Tunnel, towards the Center, will be closed for maintenance services - Disclosure/City of Rio CET-Rio informs that the Rebouças Tunnel tunnels will be closed this Friday (October 10th) in the direction of the city center, from 10:50 PM to 5:23 AM, for maintenance work. The opposite tunnels will operate with one reversible lane, on the left, in the direction of the city center. The other two lanes will be open to traffic in the direction of Lagoa.
Specific signage will be installed to guide and alert drivers, and CET-Rio operators will monitor traffic conditions and take action if necessary. In addition, traffic light times will be adjusted to ensure fluidity on detour routes and the region's main corridors.
The program may be suspended at any time due to weather conditions or operational issues in the city.
