The General Comptroller's Office of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro (CGM-Rio), through the Accounting Subcomptroller's Office (SUBCON), published, on Wednesday (26/2), in the Official Gazette of the Municipality, the Manual of Reports of the Fiscal Responsibility Law (LRF). Its objective is to detail the specifications of each annex of the Summary Report of Budget Execution (RREO) and the Fiscal Management Report (RGF), provided for in the LRF, in accordance with the Chart of Accounts of the Integrated System of Financial, Budgetary and Accounting Administration of the City of Rio de Janeiro (SIAFIC Carioca).
The work carried out uses a methodological approach that combines the LRF mandates, the analysis of the Fiscal Statements Manual (MDF), published by the National Treasury Secretariat (STN), as well as its Normative Instructions.
