Itinerant Citizenship brings services to Mangueira this Friday

The Itinerant Citizenship program will be in Mangueira, in the North Zone of Rio, this Friday (24/11). The teams from the Special Secretariat for Citizenship will be at Rua Visconde de Niterói, 1.072, between 9:30 am and 15:30 pm, with several services. There will be free service for requesting a second copy of documents, such as identity cards, birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates, marriage licenses and civil union documents.

Procon Carioca is also participating in the action. Consumers will be able to file complaints regarding companies or contracted services. To file these complaints, or to clarify doubts about their rights, they must bring copies of their personal documents, in addition to proof of purchase of the product or contracted service, such as bills and invoices. Complaints received will be forwarded directly to the companies. Within 30 days, the consumer will receive a response regarding the issue.

The special secretary for Citizenship, Renato Moura, highlights the importance of itinerant actions to speed up the resolution of the population's demands.

– Taking services to the most diverse locations in the municipality to speed up and expand services to citizens is the objective of the program.

The Detran RJ teams and the Light and Águas do Rio Mais concessionaires also participate in the action.
