Itinerant Citizenship brings services to Realengo, this Friday (13/12) - Disclosure/Citizenship Secretariat

The Special Secretariat for Citizenship will bring the services of the Itinerant Citizenship program to Realengo, in the West Zone of Rio, this Friday (13/12). The teams will be on Rua Henrique Martins, in Campo do Periquito, from 10 am to 14 pm. There will be assistance from Procon Carioca to register complaints regarding companies or services contracted, debt negotiation and free documents such as identity cards, birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates and civil union agreements.

The team from the Municipal Department of Social Assistance will provide guidance on registration for social programs and the team from the Municipal Department of Labor and Income will register workers' resumes.

– The objective of Cidadania Itinerante is to take city hall services to all parts of the city and speed up the resolution of citizens’ demands – said the special secretary for Citizenship, Leandro Pereira.

To make records or clarify doubts, it is necessary to bring copies of personal documents, in addition to proof of purchase of the product or service contracted, such as payment slips and invoices. Complaints received will be forwarded directly to the companies. Within 30 days, the consumer will receive a response regarding the issue.

Teams from the Light and Zona Oeste Mais Saneamento concessionaires will also be available to assist citizens.
