Procon Carioca brings services to neighborhoods in the North, West and Central zones this week

Procon Carioca, an agency linked to the Special Secretariat for Citizenship, will provide services to several neighborhoods in the city this week. On Thursday (5/12), teams from the Procon nos Bairros program will be in Taquara, in Jacarepaguá, and in Santo Cristo, in the central region of Rio. On Friday (6/12), services will be provided in Bangu, in the West Zone, and on Saturday (7/12), services will be available in Pavuna and Paciência, in the North Zone. Consumers will be able to file complaints regarding companies or services contracted and renegotiate debts.

To make records or clarify doubts, it is necessary to bring copies of personal documents, in addition to proof of purchase of the product or service contracted, such as payment slips and invoices. Complaints received will be forwarded directly to the companies. Within 30 days, the consumer will receive feedback regarding the issues.
