Procon Carioca in the Neighborhoods serves consumers in Padre Miguel

The Procon Carioca team will go to Padre Miguel to serve consumers - Rio City Hall The itinerant service of Procon Carioca, an agency linked to the Municipal Department of Citizenship, continues to serve the population of neighborhoods throughout the city. This Wednesday (23/2), the teams will be at Praça da Rua X, in front of Faetec, near Ponto Chic, in Padre Miguel. The service will be provided from 10 am to 16 pm.
Consumers interested in filing complaints or clarifying doubts about their rights must bring copies of their personal documents, in addition to proof of purchase of the product or service contracted, such as bills and invoices.
– Procon Carioca continues to work hard to defend consumer rights, and the actions in neighborhoods are a way to facilitate service. Many demands can be forwarded, ensuring consumers receive a satisfactory solution – explained Igor Costa, the organization’s executive director.
During the service, complaints will be forwarded directly to the companies, which will have ten days to resolve the issues. Light representatives will also be present at the location to assist the consumer.
– The objective of Procon Carioca in the neighborhoods is to ensure that many citizen problems are resolved fairly and quickly, in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Protection Code – stated Renato Moura, Secretary of Citizenship.
