Itinerant Citizenship Program brings services to Padre Miguel on Friday

The services of the Itinerant Citizenship program will arrive in Padre Miguel, in the West Zone of Rio, this week. On Friday (23/2), teams from the Special Secretariat for Citizenship will be at Rua Barra do Corda, 240, from 9:30 am to 14 pm. There will be vaccination for adults and free applications for duplicate documents, such as identity cards, birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates and civil union agreements.

Consumers can also count on the support of the Procon Carioca team to register complaints regarding companies or contracted services. To register or clarify doubts, it is necessary to bring copies of personal documents, in addition to proof of purchase of the product or contracted service, such as bills and invoices. Complaints received will be forwarded directly to the companies. Within 30 days, the consumer will receive a response regarding the issue.

The Fiorelo Raimundo Family Clinic will provide vaccination services for the adult calendar, such as against hepatitis and tetanus, and awareness-raising actions on dengue and tuberculosis.

The special secretary for Citizenship, Renato Moura, highlights the importance of expanding services to the population in all areas of the municipality.

– The objective of the itinerant actions is to travel throughout Rio and speed up the resolution of the most diverse demands of citizens.

Teams from the concessionaires Light and Rio Mais Saneamento will also participate in the action, providing on-site assistance.
