Citizenship Secretariat brings itinerant assistance to Father Miguel this Friday

The Municipal Department of Citizenship is taking the Itinerant Citizenship program to Padre Miguel, in the West Zone, this Friday (29/9). The event will take place at the sports court located at Avenida Francisco Brício 1.133, with several services available to citizens, from 10 am to 15 pm. Among the services provided, there will be legal advice, free applications for documents such as identity cards, birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates and marriage licenses, in partnership with the Leão XIII Foundation.

The Procon Carioca team will also be present at the event. Consumers interested in filing complaints about any company or clarifying doubts about their rights should bring copies of their personal documents, as well as proof of purchase of the product or service contracted, such as bills and invoices.

A team from the Family Clinic will offer services such as oral health, guidance on STIs and updating vaccination records.

The Social Welfare Department team will also participate in the event, providing guidance on the programs and projects of the CRAS and the SCFV (Service for Coexistence and Strengthening of Bonds), among other services. Light will have a team on site to assist the population, providing services such as issuing a second copy of the electricity bill, changing ownership and providing guidance on the Report of Occurrence and Inspection (TOI).

– The Itinerant Citizenship program enables City Hall services to reach citizens in all areas of the municipality and speeds up service, especially for the most vulnerable. It guarantees basic rights – says the Secretary of Citizenship, Renato Moura.

It is important to note that services are restricted to the number of passwords distributed at the location.
