Municipal Guard works at INSS service stations

Agents support agencies to avoid crowds and make traffic flow smoother. Credit: Disclosure / Municipal Guard Since Monday, the 14th, Rio City Hall, through the Municipal Guard, has been carrying out an operation to support the reopening and resumption of services at the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) agencies, with a staff of 31 agents working on urban and traffic planning and health inspections.
In this first week, between September 14 and 18, 16 municipal guards and four vehicles were deployed to support the entrance of INSS agencies in Copacabana, in the South Zone; in Méier, Praça da Bandeira and Avenida Brasil, in Irajá, in the North Zone of the city, with the aim of avoiding crowds in the external area. Another 15 agents control and monitor traffic on the roads that give access to the service stations. The operation to support INSS agencies will extend until the end of the month, on weekdays, from 7 am to 19 pm.
