Municipal guards arrest man trying to sell imitation firearm in Glória
The Mobile Tactical Group (GTM) team arrested a 15-year-old man this Sunday (06/32) for trying to sell a fake firearm on Rua Augusto Severo, in the Glória neighborhood, in the South Zone of Rio. The agents were patrolling the area when they caught the man negotiating the fake weapon with another person. He tried to flee when he noticed the teams arriving, but was detained and taken to the 9th DP (Catete), where the case was registered. The man told the municipal guards that he had found the weapon in a trash can on the street. He already had a theft record against him.
