This Monday (4/8), the first working day of exclusive operations, Jaé recorded 2,3 million boardings throughout the day — an increase of 136% compared to the previous Monday (28/7).
The City continues to monitor data in real time to make necessary adjustments, ensure the system's full functionality, and ensure quality service to the public. Those who haven't yet registered can do so through the Jaé app or at one of the 18 in-person service centers throughout the city.
Passenger facilities
– Seniors aged 65 or over can board normally by presenting a photo ID, even without a card.
– Through the Jaé app, passengers can start using the system immediately via QR Code.
– The home delivery fee for the card (R$7,95) is waived for people aged 65 or over.
Opening hours of the stations:
Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 19pm (except the CASS post, which is open from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 17pm).
