New traffic flow in Campo Grande comes into effect on Wednesday (08/07)

CET-Rio will implement a new traffic flow in the Campo Grande neighborhood, in the West Zone of the city, starting at 7 am this Wednesday (08/07). The change will occur on Rua Ibrahim Hannas, which will operate in a one-way direction in the section between Rua Augusto Vasconcelos and Rua Flora, from the former to the latter.
This measure is part of Campo Grande's Mobility Plan, connecting Estrada do Monteiro and Rua Olinda Ellis, increasing the vehicle circulation capacity on this road axis and contributing to improved traffic flow and reduced travel times.
Technicians from CET-Rio, at the Operations and Resilience Center (COR-Rio), will monitor traffic flow via surveillance cameras. If necessary, adjustments will be made to the traffic light programming to maintain good traffic flow.
