– Avoid traveling between this afternoon and tomorrow morning;
– Do not travel through areas most affected by rain;
– Avoid areas subject to flooding and/or landslides;
– Do not force vehicles to pass through areas that appear to be flooded;
– In cases of strong winds and/or rain with electrical discharges, avoid staying near trees or in open areas;
– In flooded areas, avoid direct contact with posts or equipment that may be energized;
– Avoid contact with flood water. The water may be contaminated and pose a health risk;
– Check your home for signs of cracks. If you notice cracks or shaking in the structure, call Civil Defense on 199 and avoid staying at home;
– Residents of high-risk areas need to pay attention to audio alerts. The activation of sirens indicates a risk of landslides. People should go to the support points established by the Municipal Civil Defense. The locations are informed by dialing 199;
– Pay attention to information released by the media and on COR’s social media;
– If necessary, use the emergency telephone numbers 193 (Fire Department) and 199 (Civil Defense).
