Rio Rotativo parking tickets get a new look

Rio Rotativo's coupons now have a blue color - Reproduction The City Hall, through the Municipal Department of Transportation (SMTR), has updated the layout of the Rio Rotativo parking tickets, which are now predominantly blue. In addition to establishing the new graphic identity, the specifications of the security items to be observed by the population and inspection agents were modernized, in order to avoid fraud and forgery. The new tickets will be made available to buyers registered with the SMTR this Thursday (18/03).

There are 14 security items (as shown in the image below) and the value of the booklet remains R$2. It is important to highlight that the tickets with the old look for the years 2020 and 2021 are still valid and can be used during this year until the end of stock.
Registered resellers
The sale of Rio Rotativo tickets is available to any interested individual or legal entity, as long as their registration is duly approved by the Municipal Department of Transportation. The application for registration must be made at the department's headquarters in Botafogo, by scheduling an appointment by email at agendamento.smtr@gmail.com. Resellers must submit to the SMTR protocol department the list of resale locations and storage facilities, duly registered with the Regional Labor Office.
It is important to clarify that, as set out in Resolution 1280 of 2004, the minimum number of tickets available for sale to registered users is 8.
