Trabalha Rio brings job opportunities to Bangu and Ilha do Governador this week

The Trabalha Rio van will go to Bangu and Ilha do Governador this week. The first stop for the registration and referral service for professionals for job openings in companies of the Municipal Department of Labor and Income (SMTE) will be this Tuesday (1/7) on Rua Roque Barbosa, in front of the Supermarket, in Jardim Bangu.
On Wednesday (2/7), it will be the turn of the Residents' Association of Colônia Z10 to receive a visit from the SMTE program, at Praça São Pedro, no number, on the Island. And, on Thursday (3/7), the action will be at the Residents' Association of Parque Royal, at Rua Jornalista Alaíde Pires, 35, on the Island. All actions will be carried out from 10 am to 14 pm.
– Rio generated 351,1 thousand formal jobs from January 2021 to April 2025, according to data from Caged. And the city was responsible for almost half of the vacancies created in the state. With the efforts that the City Hall has made to bring businesspeople closer to professionals looking for work, new job vacancies will be created in the city -, believes the municipal secretary of Labor and Income, Manoel Vieira.
In addition to an ID and CPF, those interested in registering must bring their work card, PIS and resume to the service locations. Those who cannot attend the itinerant actions can register in the SMTE job bank online, at the link: https://tr.ee/L30k1tDGoz.
People without access to the network can also register in person at one of the seven offices of the Workers' Central, at the following addresses: Centro (Av. Presidente Vargas, 1.997, at CIAD); Campo Grande (Rua Coxilha, s/nº); Engenho Novo (Rua Vinte Quatro de Maio, 931); Ilha do Governador (Estrada do Dendê, 2.080); Jacarepaguá (Av. Geremário Dantas, 1.400, rooms 248 and 268); Santa Cruz (Rua Lopes de Moura, 58) and Tijuca (Rua Camaragibe, 25). The offices are open from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 16 pm.
