Trabalha Rio no PopRuaJud 2025: various services will be offered to homeless people

Trabalha Rio will be at PopRuaJud 2025. The event, promoted by the Federal Court in partnership with 61 organizations, will offer numerous services to homeless people at the Metropolitan Cathedral of São Sebastião, in the city center. It will be held on August 26, 27, and 28, from 8 a.m. to 15 p.m., at Avenida Chile, 245.

In addition to registering with job opportunity banks, PopRuaJud 2025 will offer legal assistance, medical and ophthalmological care, vaccinations, vocational training, issuing of certificates, registration with CadÚnico, haircuts, daily meals, among other services and benefits.

And Trabalha Rio, the resume registration and job referral service of the Rio Municipal Secretariat of Trabalha Rio (SMTE), will also be coming to Santíssimo and Jardim Maravilha, in Guaratiba. On Friday, the 29th, the program's van will park at 10 a.m. at the Itaquê Sports Center, located at 400 Rua Viatã, in Itaquê Square.

And on Saturday, the 30th, the Trabalha Rio team will participate, from 10 am to 14 pm, in Favela com Dignidade, a program from the Community Action Secretariat (SEAC-Rio) that will bring several services to Rua Pedro Osório, in the stretch between Avenida Mourão and Rua 45, in Jardim Maravilha, in Guaratiba.

In addition to ID and CPF, those interested in registering in the SMTE job bank must bring their work permit, PIS (Social Security Institute) and resume to the service locations. Those unable to attend the mobile events can register with the bank online.

People without internet access can register in person at the SMTE job bank at one of the seven Workers' Central offices at the following addresses: Centro (Presidente Vargas Avenue, 1.997, at CIAD); Campo Grande (Coxilha Street, s/nº); Engenho Novo (Vinte Quatro de Maio Street, 931); Governador Island (Dendê Road, 2.080); Jacarepaguá (Geremário Dantas Avenue, 1.400, rooms 248 and 268); Santa Cruz (Lopes de Moura Street, 58) and Tijuca (Camaragibe Street, 25). The offices are open from Monday to Friday, from 8:16 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.
