Penha Knowledge Nave promotes digital inclusion event for people with disabilities

The action had around 60 participants - Thiago dos Santos Domingos/City of Rio The Municipal Department of Science and Technology, through the Penha Knowledge Center, held the Green September event this week, which aimed to promote social and digital inclusion for people with disabilities. The event was attended by around 60 students and teachers from the PWD and regular classes at the Presidente Enrico Dutra Municipal School, in addition to the support of a sign language interpreter to assist in communication during the activities.
The program offered included the following workshops: “The challenges of accessibility in the digital sphere”, “Logical Reasoning and Interactive Games Workshop”, “Workshop: Creating games in 1 day”, and the interactive cultural activity: “Mini-Games Tournament – FIFA Football / Just Dance”.
In addition to the day of learning and fun, participants who attended the Penha Knowledge Ship had the opportunity to interact socially with other residents of their region.
