Naves do Knowledge opens 3.700 places in free technology and entrepreneurship courses

The Municipal Department of Science and Technology (SMCT), through Naves do Conhecimento, is accepting applications for 3.700 vacancies in several free courses in the areas of technology and entrepreneurship. Workshops, lectures and lectures are also available in the program offered in November. The content of the activities offered is focused on training students for the job market in the technology area.

The courses will be held in person and among the topics offered by the Naves are: Drone Flight Practices, Excel, Basic Computing, Senior Computing, Cell Phone Photography, Job Market and Resume, Introduction to 3D Printing, Digital Marketing, Python Programming, Graphic Design, Computer Formatting, Light Painting, Introduction to Computer Networks, Introduction to E-Sports, Canva, among others.

The Knowledge Centers act as training and digital inclusion centers for the population, providing free courses and workshops for those seeking to acquire knowledge and grow professionally in a sector that is growing every day. The units are located in Madureira, Irajá, Triagem, Santa Cruz, Padre Miguel, Vila Aliança, Engenho de Dentro, Penha and Nova Brasília.

Since December 2021, Naves has already issued 32.621 certificates to students approved in the courses.
