Naves do Knowledge opens registrations for seven thousand places in free technology and entrepreneurship courses

The Municipal Department of Science and Technology (SMCT), through the Knowledge Ships, is accepting applications for seven thousand vacancies in several free courses in the areas of technology, IT and entrepreneurship. The courses will be held in person and online. Free lectures and workshops are also available in the program offered for the month of June.

– We live in a new culture established by technology. It is increasingly effective in our daily routine. Regardless of the area of ​​activity, those who do not keep up with technological advances end up at a disadvantage in the job market. Naves act as fundamental centers of training and inclusion for the population – said Willian Coelho, municipal secretary of Science and Technology.

Among the topics offered by Naves are: Excel for Beginners, Basic Computing for Kids, Code Club (Scratch), Excel for the Business Environment, Canva: Design for your business, Learning Excel in VBA, Game Design, Portrait in the Studio, Basic Computing for Teens, Basic Computing for Seniors, Editing Images with Photoshop, Introduction to Digital Marketing, Preventive Maintenance (Desktops and Notebooks), Video Editing in Lightworks, Free Software (Linux Mint), Job Market and Technology, 5G and 6G Technologies, among others.
