Naves Satélites and Navezinhas Cariocas open more than 2.600 vacancies in free technology courses

The Municipal Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (SMCT) is accepting applications for more than 2.600 vacancies in April, in several free technology courses and workshops. Available courses include “All about Hardware and Software”, “Mastering Windows” and “Digital Security and Privacy”, among others.

– The Navezinhas Cariocas and Naves Satélites are located in communities, offering free courses focused on technological inclusion. This way we don’t leave anyone behind, no one left out of this technology train – says Tatiana Roque, municipal secretary of Science, Technology and Innovation of Rio de Janeiro.

The three Satellite Ships serve the general public, from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 17 pm, and on Saturdays, from 8 am to 12 pm.
Navezinhas Cariocas are open from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 17 pm. All units have a space with computers for free internet access, with guidance from a user support team.
