Comlurb anticipates home collection on the way to Engenho de Dentro for the last night of Coldplay's show

Comlurb will bring forward the home collection of some streets in Engenho de Dentro, this Tuesday (28/03), due to the last night of concerts by the British rock band Coldplay, at the Nilton Santos Stadium, the Engenhão. The service that would start at 18 pm will be carried out, exceptionally, from 15 pm, on the following streets: Rua Doutor Padilha, Rua das Oficinas, Rua Henrique Scheid and Rua José dos Reis.

The Company is once again implementing its differentiated operational cleaning plan for the last night of the show, with 62 street cleaners and seven urban cleaning agents, who will perform sweeping and waste removal services throughout the area surrounding the Engenhão stadium and access roads, with the support of a large sweeper, two mini sweepers, two compactor trucks, a satellite truck and two water tankers to wash the roads with reused water. During the first two days of shows, on Saturday (25/3) and Sunday (26/3), 18,2 tons of waste were collected from around the stadium and access roads.
