This is the sixth management reform by the current management of the Company, which took office in January 2021. There is great concern with improving operational management facilities, ensuring street cleaners, service managers and administrative employees a better quality of life in the work environments.
With the first year focused on adjusting the accounts, from 2022 it was possible to start renovating the management offices, which had been without any type of structural improvement for at least five years. The first five management offices to be renovated and already delivered were those in Curicica, Botafogo, Laranjeiras, Cidade de Deus and Vila Cruzeiro. The management offices in Colégio, Lins, Ramos and Jardim Novo Realengo are still in the final phase of construction and will be the next to be reopened.

Responsible for implementing internal structural reforms, Comlurb's president, Flávio Lopes, reaffirmed his commitment to always providing the best working conditions for employees.
– Comlurb is made up of people. When we deliver a new facility, we ensure the well-being of our workers. We still have a lot of work to do at the company, but we will continue investing in the structure and comfort of our street cleaners. We will always keep this in mind.
