There are two systems for querying processes. The new system, called Processo.rio, which is being implemented in phases at Rio City Hall, and the SICOP – Single Process Control System.

PROCESSO.RIO 
When accessing the page, select the option “CONSULT PROCESS”.
On the targeted page, there will be a step-by-step guide to consult the content and movement of documents. Follow the step by step, enter the case/docket number and access the document.”

SICOP 
1. Consult the current status of the process or;
2. Register the process number to receive all process movements in your email, until its effective archiving.
If you just want to consult the process, click on “consult process” and enter the administrative process numbers, without dots and slashes and click “consult”. A monitoring screen will then appear indicating all the bodies through which the consulted process has already been processed and their current location.

To receive an update on the movements of the administrative process that is of interest to you, click on “push process”. With this option, automatic monitoring of processes will be possible. This service allows the automatic receipt, via email, of updated information on the progress of administrative processes of any nature at the municipal level.
