Enrollment in the municipal education network is divided into groups - Archive/City of Rio The year 2024 is just around the corner and the registration process for students to enroll in the municipal education system for the next school year began this Tuesday (28/11) divided into groups. Those who already study in the City Hall schools and want to remain in the system will have their place automatically renewed. The new registrations are for students who want to transfer to another school unit or intend to enter the municipality. registrations can be made on this website by computer or cell phone. Those who do not have access to the internet must register in person at the desired units.

Until December 5th, registrations will be open for new students for special classes and students included in regular classes, from 4 years old (preschool, elementary school and EJA), and for internal transfers (daycare, preschool, elementary school and EJA).
In December, between the 7th and 10th, there will be internal transfers of public daycare centers, which serve children from 6 months to 3 years and 11 months, and preschool (students from 4 to 5 years old). From December 12th to 18th, enrollment will be for new daycare students. Parents who intend to enroll their children in preschool must do so between January 12th and 17th. Also in January, from the 5th to the 9th, there will be the period for internal transfers of Elementary School, for students from 6 years old. From the 12th to the 17th, new students will be enrolled for the same segment. Internal transfers of the Youth and Adult Education Program (PEJA) will be made between the 5th and 9th of the month. And, from the 12th to the 17th, there will be registration for new PEJA students.
