City Hall opens registrations for the Municipal Civic-Military School Carioca General Abreu

The Civic-Military School in Rocha is one of the units that will participate in the Vacation School program - Archive/City Hall of Rio

The Rio City Hall, through the Municipal Department of Education (SME), opens registrations this Wednesday, October 7th, for those interested in studying at the Escola Municipal Cívico Militar Carioca General Abreu, in the Rocha neighborhood, in the city's North Zone. Candidates have until Friday, October 10th, to access the website www.matricula.rio and enter the competition for one of the 9 spots, distributed among the 10th, 420th and 6th grades of Elementary School.

Vacancies are for the 2020 academic year and will be filled by means of a draw, which will be held on October 14th, at the headquarters of the 3rd Regional Education Coordination (CRE), in Engenho Novo. Students and guardians will be able to follow the draw live, which will start at 11 am, on the internet: http://bit.ly/smecivico2020

To register, the candidate's CPF number is required. Students already enrolled in Municipal Education Network units; from private institutions; as well as students from state and federal schools may participate. There will be a quota of vacancies for Special Education students.
