In addition, the venue has opened new classes. Registrations can be made at the venue's office. All classes are free, and the age range for the activities is 4 years and older. Classes take place from Tuesday to Friday, with guidance from professionals.
The activities available include: stretching, ballet, capoeira, cross training, gypsy dance, belly dancing, functional training, water aerobics, jiu-jitsu, judo, swimming, pilates and samba. In addition, there are vacancies in the five new classes of badminton, futsal, pilates kids, psychomotor skills and rhythms. For those aged between 12 and 17, for example, there are two new options: the badminton class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 16 pm, and the futsal class on Wednesdays and Fridays at 18 pm. Another new option is pilates kids. The activity takes place every Wednesday and Friday at 16 pm and is aimed at those aged between 6 and 10.
– We are committed to offering more and more opportunities for people to move around and practice sports activities. There are options for all tastes, as well as new features, such as Pilates kids classes, which is a new modality and has everything to be a success – commented the municipal secretary of Sports, Guilherme Schleder.
Places are limited. To participate, interested parties must register directly at the venue's office, from Tuesday to Friday, between 8 am and 18 pm. There, you can check all available activities.
The documents required for enrollment are: copies of ID, CPF, proof of residence, two 3×4 photos and an original medical certificate (currently dated, legible and with description compatible with physical activity). To enroll minors, it is necessary to present copies of the ID card or birth certificate, the ID and CPF of the guardian, proof of residence, proof of school attendance, two 3×4 photos and an original medical certificate (currently dated, legible and with description compatible with physical activity). In addition, if the minor needs to be accompanied during pool activities, the original medical certificate of the guardian is also required. Students with disabilities must also present a medical report with ICD. All students over 12 years of age must also present proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
