Women's Secretariat opens 9 thousand places in free courses at Casas da Mulher Carioca

Each Casa da Mulher Carioca will offer more than 40 types of training courses - Rio City Hall The Secretariat for Women's Policies and Promotion has 9 vacancies open for free courses at Casas da Mulher Carioca. Registration is open until December 28 and can be done online or in person at one of the three Casa da Mulher Carioca locations. To participate, you must be a resident of the city of Rio de Janeiro and be 14 years or older. Registration can be done through this link. Those who do not have access to the internet can visit one of the Casas da Mulher Carioca, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 18 pm.
Each House will offer more than 40 types of training courses for women in the city of Rio in the areas of beauty, care, cooking, technology and others. Courses include elderly care, sign language, professional cutting and sewing, waxing, basic and advanced makeup, facial aesthetics, eyebrow design, eyelash extensions, manicure, confectionery, kitchen assistant, basic computer skills, daycare assistant, English, office package, massage therapy, basic and advanced barbering.
After registering, women will be able to enroll between January 3 and 12 at the chosen Casa. Classes are scheduled to begin on January 13. This year, the Women's Secretariat has already trained more than 51 women in courses at the Casas da Mulher Carioca.
