The user is directed to a page where he is instructed to fill in his property registration number, the fiscal year and the installment he wishes to issue for payment. fake address used by criminals is https://iptu.cariocariodigital.org/.

The Rio City Hall, the Municipal Finance and Planning Department and Iplan have already taken appropriate measures to have the domain cancelled and have filed a complaint with the Computer Crimes Repression Department.

The only address of the CARIOCA DIGITAL, RIO CITY HALL SERVICES PORTAL, is: https://carioca.rio.
