Server Festival takes place throughout the month of October with countless opportunities

The Servidor Festival is an event that aims to develop and value public servants - Fabio Motta/City Hall of Rio During the month of October, the João Goulart Foundation Institute promotes the second edition of the Server Festival, an event that aims to develop and value public servants, in celebration of Public Servant Day, celebrated on October 28th.
After the success of the first edition in 2023, which brought together 2 civil servants from all over Brazil, the Servidor Festival returns with an even more robust range of training courses.
An event created to expand access to specialized training, meeting the growing interest of municipal and state public servants in qualification and improvement. This year, more than 2.400 places will be offered in online training activities, including courses and lectures on essential topics for public management.
Organized on four large stages, the Festival will address the main pillars of development in public administration:
Basic Management
> Financial Education: The Basis for Solid Leadership;
> Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Organizational Culture;
> The Challenge of training successors in the Public Service;
> Emotional Agility for Managers;

Management and Transversality
> Google Workspace for Servers: Productivity and Integration;

Carioca Leadership
> The infinite game of Public Governance;
> Racial Literacy for Managers;
> Formulation and Management of Public Policies.
The opportunities are aimed at: Civil Servants of the Líderes Cariocas Program, Civil Servants and Public Managers of the City of Rio de Janeiro, University Students and Civil Servants from all over Brazil. Registration for the training courses is open and classes will take place throughout the month of October.
