Municipal Guard escorts six parking attendants to the Catete police station.

Municipal guards from the Special Operations Group (GOE) took six parking attendants to the police station on Sunday (July 12th) during an urban security operation carried out in the Catete and Glória neighborhoods.

The suspects were caught practicing illegally in the area and taken to the 9th Police Station, where the incident was registered as illegal practice of a profession.

The action is part of GM-Rio's operations, which have been intensifying preventive activities related to urban order, traffic enforcement, and security at the Feira da Glória market and its surroundings, encompassing Rua Teixeira de Freitas and Praça do Russell, since March 30th. In today's operation alone, 25 traffic tickets were issued at the location.
